How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email returns@doodlesbaby.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

     Houston, TX 77005
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in brand new, unworn, with tags., you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. 

Shipping, Delivery & In-Store Pick Up
We offer FedEx Ground, Express Saver (3 day), and First Overnight for all orders shipped within the continental United Sates. Upon shipment, FedEx Ground can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. * For Overnight delivery, please ensure you place your order before 2pm EST for delivery on the next business day.
Customers within 50 miles of our store are eligible for delivery. Price is determined on delivery zip code. Please call us to inquire about the fee.
In-store pick up is FREE.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns on all items (except those marked "FINAL SALE”) within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be in unworn, unused condition, in its original packaging and have all original tags attached.
Any item marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Refund will be for price of item only; there is no refund on shipping.
Please request a return shipping label from us by emailing returns@doodlesbaby.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. A fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We kindly ask that you allow 15 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak seasons.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or gift card, as applicable.
